![]() Perform a test tone function to verify that the speakers are working correctly.Check the speaker wires to make sure they are properly connected to the A/V receiver.Set the Surround Sound setting to OFF when viewing discs that are not encoded with a Surround Sound signal. If not, the audio will be very difficult to hear using a Surround Sound setting. IMPORTANT: Make sure the disc is encoded with Surround Sound audio. Try setting the Audio/Video (A/V) receiver to a different Surround Sound mode.Check the volume level to verify the sound is set at an acceptable level.Make sure the Mute function has not been activated.Manuals are posted on your model support page.
